• Seven Night Minimum Stay
• Max occupancy is 8 people.
• During high season week long stays begin on Saturday and end on Saturday.
• Arrival/Departure cleaning fees included.
• 14.42% Hawaii State Lodging tax additional.
• 2.9% charge for Credit Card Payments via PayPal. Checks and Electronic Transfers are Free
• Two night rental deposit toward total amount payable to owner at reservation time.
• Final balance due 60 days before checkin date.
• There will be a cancellation fee of $100 for cancellations of 3 months notice, cancellation fee of entire deposit for 2-3 months notice, and partial refund of total reservation amount only if we're able to rebook space for cancellation with less than 2 months notice.
• $500 damage deposit. Refundable after departure if no damage or missing items.
• $50 non-refundable reservation fee
